What sort of music do you like? wifelovers com If anything, we as a people are more active certainly than we were in the past 10-20 years and although sedentary due to consoles and computers, we "exercise" more than we did in the 70s and 80s. I think if we really look at what we're stuffing down our pie holes as far as chemicals and what nutrients we're striping out of our food through the processing process, we'll see the answer as plain as day. Food isn't as nutritious and this is why we are left feeling hungry. When we feel hungry, we eat more. Add high calorie flavor enhancers and preservatives that ratchet up the calories per gram of what we eat and you see gloabal obesity rates rise. Of course we probably drink too much too but in general this is where our problems lie. I loathe the idea of some god damned hippy selling me holistic foods but they may be on to something. We're putting garbage into our tanks and getting fatter in the mean time.
